About Us
The RCV Difference: We Provide Candidates Not Applicants
RCV was started by Robyn Lamb, Cynthia Zomba and Vuyo Sothondoshe, three South African women who have come together to form a BEE level 2 company specialising in recruitment with a 51% Black African female ownership.
We come from different backgrounds that mirror those of our clients, a factor we believe helps us to understand different people’s hopes and fears and put them at ease. This factor is backed by home- language fluency in English and isiXhosa, and expertise in a number of different fields such as Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Renewable Energy.

Community/Giving Back
RCV International have established “ZITHANDE”, a mentor group for young woman between the ages of 15 and 17 years old based in the Langa area.
ZITHANDE translates from Xhosa meaning “Love Yourself”, we meet with the groups regularly.
Our aim is to make these young women feel worthy and that they can do anything they put their minds to…NOTHING is out of their reach.
Assisting them with direction for their future studies and career.
